Important Announcement from HUD pertaining to EIV |

If you are utilizing the Enterprise Income Verification system, according to HUD Notice 10-10HSGN {pg. 9, VI, 2} it is required that you have a written EIV Use Policy's and Procedures manual before using the EIV system. We have made this one less thing for you to worry about during the up coming Management Occupancy Review.
